Onyx™ is a micro-carbon fiber-filled nylon that offers the ability to produce parts with a nearly flawless surface finish. When pressed alone, Onyx offers high strength, toughness and chemical resistance and is 1.4 times stronger than ABS. Continuous fibers can be reinforced to obtain aluminum-strength parts.
Today, more than one million Onyx parts are in use in the field, transforming production. It is suitable for use in the defense industry, space and aviation, robotics, education, research and automotive sectors.
