D.F.A.M. Technology
Design
Create a CAD design of your part, upload your STL file, and choose from a variety of metals. Thanks to the Eiger software, your printing parameters are created automatically.
Metal filament is printed in layers. The software automatically calculates how much enlargement is required to compensate for shrinkage during the sintering process.
Wash
The printed parts go through a washing step to remove some of the binder.
Sinter
The parts go through the washing phase to clean the binding substance in the filament. Then the sintering phase begins and the process is completed.
Final Product
Your part is ready to use. Technically it behaves like any other metal part and can be machined into any shape you want when necessary.
